Free Mindfulness Class Williamstown Library

For the past 12 months there has been a free class at the Williamstown Public Library Tuesdays at 11am till noon. The focus has been Mindfulness and Health: An Introduction to Stress Reduction.

Starting in June we are adding another free weekly class Thursday evenings from 6pm to 7. The theme is the same, Mindfulness & Stress Reduction In Troubled Times.

The hope is this Thursday evening time will make it more possible for working people to come.

Both classes have the theme: Mindfulness & Stress Reduction in Troubled Times.

The new class on Tuesday mornings which started in April has been Mindfulness and Stress Reduction in Troubled Times. The focus is to help people respond more effectively and skillfully, and with lower stress, to the troubling news coming out of Washington DC.
